On March 26, 2018 at around 9:40 officers responded to a report of a suspicious person and vehicle at the JiffeMart on Maple Hill Road. Officers interviewed the occupants of the vehicle and it was determined that the driver Andrew E. Petrak, 25 of Troy, NY had a suspended driver’s license and his vehicle was unregistered. Petrak was issued tickets for aggravated unlicensed operator 3rd degree, unlicensed operator, and unregistered motor vehicle. Petrak’s vehicle was towed from the area. Petrak was scheduled to return to Schodack Justice Court on May 2, 2018 at 6:00 pm.
