On March 31, 2018 at around 4:23 pm on River Road north of the Village of Castleton, police observed Zachery Davis-Todd, 23 of South Main Street, Castleton, NY operating a vehicle with faulty stop lamps. Davis-Todd was stopped for this violation. An investigation revealed that Davis-Todd had a quantity of marijuana and a glass pipe in his possession. Davis-Todd was issued an appearance ticket for unlawful possession of marijuana and a traffic ticket for inadequate stop lamps. Davis-Todd was scheduled to re-appear in Schodack Town Court on May 2, 2018 at 6:00 pm.
