On September 30th, 2017 the Schodack Police Department arrested 26 year old Ronaldo Martel of Schodack, NY. Mr. Martel was arrested after an investigation was conducted by Officer Eckel and it was discovered that Mr. Martel failed to abide by his obligation to report an address change as required by registered sex offender in New York State. He was arrested and charged with the Felony of Failing to Report an Address Change and was remanded to the Rensselaer County Jail with $20,000 bail. A preliminary hearing was set in the Schodack Town Court.
