On August 31st, 2017 the Schodack Police Department arrested 20 year old Edward Fistein of Stuyvesant, NY. Mr. Fistein was the primary suspect in a larceny investigation at a local warehouse conducted by Sergeant Roy. Mr. Fistein was found to be in possession of two stolen computers and was arrested for Petit Larceny and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 5th degree, both misdemeanors. He was released with appearance tickets due back in the Schodack Town Court on 09/13/2017 at 06:00 PM.
