On September 21st, 2017 the Schodack Police Department arrested 52 year old Angela Kent of Castleton, NY. Ms. Kent was stopped on State Route 9 after she nearly caused an accident with a marked Schodack Police unit. Further investigation revealed that Ms. Kent was intoxicated and she was charged with Aggravated DWI for having a BAC above .18%. She was released on traffic tickets due to appear in the Schodack Town Court on 10/11/2017 at 06:00 PM.
