On August 3rd, 2017 the Schodack Police Department arrested 47 year old Cynthia Sutherland of Nassau, NY. Ms. Sutherland was stopped on East Schodack Rd for failure to keep right and excessive smoke from the exhaust system. Ms. Sutherland at the time had 16 suspensions/revocations on her license imposed on over 10 different dates. She was arrested and processed at the Schodack Police Department for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the first degree. She will appear back in the Schodack Town Court on 09/13/2017 at 06:00 PM.
