The Town of Schodack Police Department conducted a STOP-DWI enforcement detail oveight from August 20, 2013 at 6pm until August 21, 2013 at 2am. Just after midnight, Schodack Police officers arrested David B. Cassidy, 63 of Fort Luaderdale, FL for Felony DWI and Failure to Dim Headlights. Cassidy was arraigned in Town of Schodack Justice Court before Town Justice Bruce J. Wagner and remanded to Rensselaer County Jail in lieu of $2,500.00 bail. Cassidy is scheduled to return to Town Court on September 4, 2013 at 6:00 pm.
