On December 17th, 2016 the Schodack Police Department arrested 28 year old Heather Keith, of Red Hook, NY. Ms. Keith was arrested stemming from an investigation where she reported her vehicle stolen which was recovered in East Greenbush, NY. Ms. Keith was found to have given false information in a statement to law enforcement, directly misleading the investigation in an attempt to have three people falsely arrested for Possession of Stolen Property. Ms. Keith was processed and released on an appearance ticket for Giving a False Written Statement, a misdemeanor. She is due back in the Schodack Town Court on 01/04/2017.
