On December 10th, 2016 the Schodack Police Department arrested 31 year old Jacob Adams, of Rensselar NY. Mr. Adams was stopped for speeding on State Route 9J. Mr. Adams was found to be violating a full stay away order of protection as a passegner in the vehicle had the enforceable order in place against him stemming from a domestic incident. Mr. Adams was charged with Criminal Contempt in the second degree and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the second degree for his numerous license suspensions. Mr. Adams was remanded to the Rensselaer County Jail with bail due back in the Schodack Town Court on 01/04/2017.
