On December 17th, 2016 the Schodack Police Department arrested 56 year old Dacinda Hilstro, of East Greenbush, NY. Ms. Hilstro was found to be operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs as the result of an investigation of a one car property damage auto accident on State Route 20. Ms. Hilstro was processed and released on appearance tickets for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs, a misdemeanor, and for the violation of Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. She is due back in the Schodack Town Court on 01/04/2017.
