On June 09th, 2017 the Schodack Police Department arrested 27 year old Alexander Winters of Stockport, NY. Mr. Winters was stopped on River Rd in Schodack Landing for failure to keep right and operating an unregistered/uninspected vehicle. Field sobriety tests showed impairment and he was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated. His BAC was 0.08%. He was released with traffic tickets due to appear in the Schodack Town Court on 06/14//2017 at 06:00 PM.
