On June 12th, 2017 the Schodack Police Department arrested 31 year old Kyle Butler of Schodack, NY. Mr. Butler was stopped on Columbia Tupike for not wearing a seatbelt. Mr. Butler was found to be in possession of a crack pipe and a digital scale. He was arraigned and remanded to the Renssselaer County Jail with bail. Mr. Butler will appear in the Schodack Town Court on 06/14/2017 at 06:00 PM.
