On June 07th, 2017 the Schodack Police Department arrested 30 year old Timothy Marbot of Hoosick Falls, NY. The Schodack Police Department assisted New York State Parole on an investigation at the Hostfield Inn. The investigation revealed that Mr. Ertel and and Mr. Marbot were in possession of heroin and hypodermic needles. They were both arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th degree and Possession of a Hypodermic Instrument. Mr. Ertel was remanded to Columbia County Jail on a parole warrant and Mr. Marbot was released on an appearance ticket to appear back in the Schodack Town Court.
