On October 1st, 2016 the Schodack Police Department arrested 29 year old Jessica Weinheimer of Schodack, NY. Ms. Weinheimer was arrested for stealing $78.00 from the Dunkin’ Donuts store on Columbia Tupike, where she was an employee and had been employed there for two days. Ms. Weinheimer was observed on camera stealing from the file cabinet in the stores office. Ms. Weinheimer was arrested and upon further investigation she was found to be in possession of two hypodermic syringes with heroin residue as well as several paper envelopes with heroin residue. In addition to Petit Larceny, she was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree and Possession of a Hypodermic Instrument, all misdemeanors. She is due back in the Schodack Town Court on 10/05/2016.
