On March 24th, 2017 the Schodack Police Department arrested 23 year old Kimberly Gibson both of Schodack, NY. The pair were arrested for the misdeameanor of Petit Larceny after video showed the pair committing a gas drive off at the Stewarts on State Route 20. They were released on an appearance ticket due to appear in the Schodack Town Court on 04/05/2017 at 06:00 PM.
