On March 25th, 2017 the Schodack Police Department arrested 31 year old Kyle Butler of Schodack, NY. Mr. Butler was stopped for failing to maintain a single lane on Columbia Tupike. Investigation revleaed that Mr. Butler was in possession of a quantity of heroin. Mr. Butler was arrested and processed at the Schodack Police Department. During processing it was determined that Mr. Butler was wanted by the New York State Police in regards to a Robbery that occurred in another jurisdiction the day prior. Mr. Butler was issued an appearance ticket due to appear in the Schodack Town Court on 04/05/2017 at 06:00 PM and tued over to the New York State Police.
