On December 16, 2014 at around 11:30 am at the intersection of South Schodack Road and Schodack Landing Road, Schodack Police responded to a call for a motor vehicle accident involving a tractor trailer. Detective Morgan discovered that the operator Harold Wade Robertson, 54 of Dallas, TX was wanted for a parole violation from the state of Texas. Robertson’s vehicle was found to have several serious commercial vehicle violations by Officer Miller who is certified commercial vehicle inspector. Officer Miller subsequently removed Robertson’s vehicle from service. Sunnyside garage towed the vehicle. Detective Morgan contacted Texas Department of Criminal Justice and advised them. Robertson was remanded to Rensselaer County Jail to await extradition.
