On November 20th, 2017 the Schodack Police Department arrested two individuals stemming from a larceny investigation. A report was filed for construction equipment that was stolen from a job site on Reno Rd. Two suspects were taken into custody the same day with some of the property being recovered.
24 year old Nathaniel Prezorski of Cobleskill, NY was arrested for Grand Larceny in the Third degree, a felony and the misdemeanors of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th degree and Possession of a Hypodermic Instrument after he was found to be possessing a needle and concentrated cannabis.
30 year old Lance Grady of North Greenbush, NY was arrested for the misdemeanor of Petit Larceny.
Both were released on their own recognizance due to appear in the Schodack Town Court on 12/13/2017 at 06:00 PM.
