The Schodack Town Police Department has arrested Joshua D. Hubbard, DOB 09/12/1985, of 40 Laurel Street, Lee, Massachusetts following a traffic stop on Columbia Tupike. Hubbard has been charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree with intent to sell (B felony), Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree (misdemeanor), Criminal Possession of Marihuana in the fifth Degree (misdemeanor), Criminal Use of Drug Paraphealia Second Degree (misdemeanor), and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana. Hubbard was found to be in possession of quantities of cocaine, ecstasy, LSD, psilocybin mushrooms, Oxycodone, Xanax, and marihuana. Hubbard was remanded to the Rensselaer County Jail in lieu of $25,000.00 cash or bond by Town Justice Bruce Wagner. Hubbard is scheduled to appear in Schodack Town Court on 10/07/2015 for further proceedings.
