On October 24th, 2017 the Schodack Police Department arrested 25 year old Nicholas Eades of Schodack, NY. The Schodack Police Department was assisting the Rensselaer County Department of Social Services with an investigation. During the investigation it was determined by patrol officers that Mr. Eades was unlawfully growing cannabis and possessed over 25 grams of packaged marijuana. Mr. Eades was arrested, processed on two misdemanors, and released on appearance tickets due to appear in the Schodack Town Court on 11/08/2017 at 06:00PM.
