On November 17th, 2016 the Schodack Police Department arrested 45 year old Daniel Graziano of Schodack, NY. Patrol officers were dispatched to the Hostfield Inn on Columbia Tupike for a disorderly person who was armed with a baseball bat. Mr. Graziano was found to be intoxicated and causing a disturbance with a billy club. Mr. Graziano was arrested for Criminal Possession of Weapon in the Third degree, a class D felony, due to prior felony convictions. Mr. Graziano was processed, arrained, and remanded to the Rensselaer County Jail. He is due back in the Schodack Town Court on 11/22/2016.
