On November 26th, 2017 the Schodack Police Department arrested 27 year old Alexander Gayheart of Ballston Spa, NY. Mr. Gayheart was stopped on North Main St for speeding by Officer Montross. Mr. Gayheart was then found to be in possession of heroin, a crack pipe, and hypodermic needles. He was then charged with the misdemeanors of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree, Possession of a Hypodermic Instrument, two counts of Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the Second Degree, and other infractions. He was remanded to the Rensselaer County Jail on $2500 bail due to appear in the Schodack Town Court on 12/13/2017 at 06:00 PM.
