On April 2nd, 2017 the Schodack Police Department arrested 31 year old Anthony Morris, of Schodack NY. An investigation was conducted in conjunction with New York State Parole as Mr. Morris was found to be violating his parole conditions. Further investigation revealed that Mr. Morris was in possession of a quantity of heroin and hypodermic needles. He was charged with the two misdemeanors of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the seventh degree and Possession of a Hypodermic Instrument. He was remanded to the Rensselaer County Jail in lieu of bail ($2000 cash or bond) due back in court at a later date.
