On October 9th, 2016 the Schodack Police Department arrested 21 year old Nathaniel Quinn of Schodack, NY. Mr. Quinn was stopped for failure to signal a lane change. Subsequent investigation revealed that Mr. Quinn was in possession of a quantity of heroin and a quantity of marijuana. He faces the misdemeanor charge of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th degree and the violation of Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. Mr. Quinn was processed and released on appearance tickets due back in the Schodack Town Court on 11/09/2016.
