On October 22nd, 2016 the Schodack Police Department arrested 43 year old Wayne R. Calkins of Schodack, NY. Mr. Calkins was arrested for damaging property during a domestic dispute at his residence. Mr. Calkins was charged with Criminal Mischief in the 4th degree, a class A midemeanor. Mr. Calkins was released on his own recognizance due back in the Schodack Town Court on 11/09/2016 with an order of protection in place.
