On December 21, 2014 at around 11:54 pm on I90, Schodack Police arrested Chentel Grant, 21 of Bronx, NY for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd Degree, unlicensed operation, and failure to yield the right of way to an emergency vehicle, all MV offenses. Officer Boehme was conducting a traffic stop on I90 west bound with another motorist when Grant failed to use due care for an emergency vehicle. Officer Boehme stopped Ms. Grant and found that her license was suspended for several violations in Bronx County. Grant was issued several traffic tickets and released. Ms. Grants vehicle was picked up by another licensed operator. Grant is scheduled to answer the tickets in Town of Schodack Court on January 7, 2015 at 6:00 pm.
