On October 25, 2014 at around 4:30 pm The Town of Schodack Police Department arrested James Arthur Miller, II of Stratford, NY for Assault 3rd Degree. Police were called to Maple Hill High School for an altercation between players at a soccer game between Oppenheim-Ephratah St. Johnsville High School and Maple Hill High School. Witnesses reported that Mr. Miller assaulted the 17 year old victim, Nicholas Fettuccia during the game by punching the victim in the face and head and knocking him to the ground. The victim was transported to Albany Memorial Hospital by his father with minor injuries. He was treated in the emergency room and released. Mr. Miller was issued an appearance ticket and released to appear in Town of Schodack Court on November 12, 2014 at 6:00 pm.
