Traffic stop leads to tickets for cell phone use and suspended registration.

On April 13, 2018 at around 3:30 pm officers on patrol observed the operator of a vehicle travelling westbound on Columbia Turnpike using a mobile phone in violation of the NY State Vehicle and Traffic law. Officers stopped the vehicle and following an investigation discovered that the vehicle registration was suspended. The operator Carrie A. Corrigan, 44 of Rensselaer, NY was issued traffic tickets to return to Town of Schodack Justice Court on May 2, 2018 at 6:00 pm.
