On February 4, 2017 The Town of Schodack Police Department arrested Bruce Moore of 15330 Columbia Tupike in Schodack for DWI, Resisting Arrest, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, and various V&T violations. Officers Harrington and Montross received a report of suspected intoxicated driver operating a white Ford F150 headed eastbound on Columbia Tupike from the Hannaford Plaza in the Town of East Greenbush. Mr. Moore was stopped on Columbia Tupike near Old Miller Road. Mr. Moore failed field sobriety tests and resisted officers attempts to take him into custody. Officers located marijuana in Moores possession. Moore refused to submit to a chemical test at police headquarters. Moore was arraigned by Town Justice Wagner and released on his own recognizance. Moore is scheduled to reappear in town court on March 1, 2017
