On April 18th, 2017 the Schodack Police Department arrested 23 year old Michael Mills of Schodack, NY. Mr. Mills was initially arrested for Disorderly Conduct as he was obstructing vehicular traffic on Shuurman Rd at the intersection of Columbia Tpk in an attempt to solicite a ride. Mr. Mills was released on an appearance ticket. Mr. Mills immediately walked to the Park and Ride on East Schodack Rd and was observed by the Schodack Police uriniating in public. Mr. Mills was then arrested for public lewdness. He was released under the supervision of probation due to appear back in the Schodack Town Court.
