On Novemeber 13th, 2017 the Schodack Police Department arrested 54 year old Diane Smith of Albany, NY. Ms. Smith was arrested after an investigation revealed that she had cashed stolen checks at the Sefcu on Miller Rd. She was charged with Petit Larceny and Possession of a Forged Instrument, both misdemeanors. She was released on her own recognizance and will appear back in the Schodack Town Court.
