On December 25th, 2016 the Schodack Police Department arrested 26 year old Nathaniel Howard of Schodack, NY. Mr. Howard was arrested for stealing products from the Stewarts on Columbia Tpk in Schodack. Mr. Howard was also found to be in possession of a hypodermic needle and marijuana. He was processed and released on appearance tickets for the misdemeanors of Petit Larceny, Possession of a Hypodermic Instrument, and the violation of Unlawful Posssession of Marijuana. He is due to appear in the Schodack Town Court on 01/04/2017.
