On September 4th, 2016 the Schodack Police Department arrested 31 year old Robert Hilton of Schodack, NY. While interviewing the victim of a reported harassment complaint, Mr. Hilton Continuously interfered with the investigation by making unreasonable noise, making threatening statements and physical motions towards the officers, and then threatened to do physical harm to the victim in the presence of the officers. Mr. Hilton then fled the scene on foot, barricading himself in his residence, then leading officers on a foot pursuit through the neighborhood where he then barricaded himself in another residence. Mr. Hilton eventually exited the residence and was taken into custody without further incident. Mr. Hilton faced the misdemeanor charge of Obstructing Govemental Administration in the 2nd Degree and the violations of Harassment in the 2nd Degree and Disorderly Conduct. He was released on appearance tickets due back in the Schodack Town Court on 09/14/2016.
