Schodack Police Department arrested of Kevin A. Andrews, 54 of 259 Schodack Drive, Castleton, NY for Criminal Sexual act 1st degree, sexual abuse 1st degree (Felonies), forcible touching, sexual misconduct, and endangering the welfare of a child (misdemeanors). Andrews arrest follows an investigation into allegations he had sexual contact with a child less than 11-years-old on March 10, 2018. Andrews was released on a $10,000.00 bail bond. Andrews is scheduled to return to Town of Schodack Justice Court on March 14, 2018 at 6:00 pm. The New York State Police and the Rensselaer County District Attorney’s Office assisted Schodack Police officers.
