On October 30th, 2017 the Schodack Police Department arrested 26 year old Steven Jostlin of Cairo, NY. Mr. Jostlin reported to the Schodack Police Department that he had prescription medications stolen from his motel room at the Bel Air Motel on State Route 9. Investigation revealed this allegation was falsely given in order to obtain a police report. Ms. Jostlin was arrested for the misdemeanor of Falsely Reporting an Offense to Law Enforcement. He was released on an appearance ticket due to appear in the Schodack Town Court on 11/08/2017 at 06:00 PM.
