On July 22nd, 2017 the Schodack Police Department arrested 38 year old Daniel Harris of Windham, ME. Mr. Harris was involved in a one car traffic accident on State Route 9. Mr. Harris was injured in the crash and was the sole occupant of the vehicle. Mr. Harris was subsequently arrested for Driving While Ability Imparied by Drugs/Alcohol, Driving While Intoxicated, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree (unlawfully possessing Xanax), Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, and other violations. He was issued traffic tickets and appearance tickets to appear in the Schodack Town Court on 08/09/2017 at 06:00 PM.
