On December 27th, 2017 the Schodack Police Department arrested 19 year old Joseph Zach of Nassau, NY. Mr. Zach was the operator of a vehicle that was involved in a single car property damage auto accident on Beaver Rd. He showed signs of impairment and was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated. His BAC was 0.08%. He was released with traffic tickets due to appear back in the Schodack Town Court.
