On April 6th, 2017 the Schodack Police Department arrested 21 year old Austin Nolan of Ballston Spa, NY. Schodack Police were dispatched to a personal injury auto accident on River Rd and Mr. Nolan was then arrested under suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol after he was identified as the operator. The vehicle sustained heavy damage and two passengers were treated at the scene for minor injuries. Mr. Nolan was arrested for the misdemeanors of Driving While Intoxicated and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the third degree. He was also issued several traffic tickets. Mr. Nolan is due back in the Schodack Town Court on 05/03/2017 at 06:00 PM.
