On March 17th, 2017 the Schodack Police Department arrested 19 year old Marcus F. Lounds of Schodack, NY. Mr. Lounds was stopped for an exhaust system violation on River Rd. Mr. Lounds was found to be in possession of a quantity of “Xanax”, a controlled substance. Mr. Lounds was charged with the misdemeanor of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh degree and other traffic infractions. He was processed and released on appearance tickets due to appear in the Schodack Town Court on 04/05/2017 at 06:00PM.
A passenger in the vehicle was issued an appearance ticket for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.
