On November 10th, 2017 the Schodack Police Department arrested 32 year old Matthew Cunningham of Averill Park, NY. Mr. Cunningham was observed in a vehicle in the Sefcu parking lot on Miller Rd and taken into custody by an officer who was aware of his Bench Warrant out of the Schodack Town Court. Mr. Cunningham was found to be in possession of Heroin and Hypodermic Needles as well as driving on a suspended license. He was arraigned in the Schodack Town Court and remanded to the Rensselaer County Jail with bail due to appear back in court on 12/13/20147 at 06:00 PM.
