On 12/07/2016 the Schodack Police Department arrested 23 year old Jonathan Ozga of Schodack, NY. Mr Ozga was involved in a domestic dispute where reports claimed he strangled the victim and also took her cellphone preventing her from calling for emergency assistance. He was placed into custody and charged with the misdemeanors of Criminal Obstruction of Breathing or Blood Circulation and Criminal Mischief in the 4th degree. He was released on his own recognizance due to appear back in the Schodack Town Court.
