On December 23rd, 2016 the Schodack Police Department arrested 29 year old Douglas C. Hoffler of Waterbury, CT. Mr. Hoffler was stopped on Interstate 90 for traveling over 100 MPH. Mr. Hoffler provided the officer with another persons identity. Once he was correctly identified he was charged with the misdemeanors of Criminal Impersonation in the 2nd degree and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 2nd degree. He was also issued several traffic tickets. Mr. Hoffler was remanded to the Rensselaer County Jail with bail due back in the Schodack Town Court on 01/04/2017.
