On July 21st, 2017 at 04:30 PM the Schodack Police Department arrested 40 year old Michael McCarthy of Schenectady, NY. Mr. McCarthy was observed driving erratically on Columbia Tupike by Officer Miller. He was stopped, appeared to be under the influence of alcohol, failed field sobriety tests, and was arrested. His BAC was 0.23%, almost three times the legal driving limit. He was charged with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated and released with traffic tickets due to appear in the Schodack Town Court on 09/06/2017 at 06:00 PM.
