On November 8th, 2017 the Schodack Police Department arrested 49 year old Bonnie Fox of Nassau, NY. Ms. Fox was the operator of a vehicle involved in a traffic accident on Columbia Tupike where she was determined to be at fault for following too close. Investigation revealed impairment by alcohol and she was arrested. Her BAC at the patrol station was 0.24% and she was charged with Aggravated DWI. She is due to appear in the Schodack Town Court on 12/06/2017 at 06:00 PM.
